Compensation and Benefits
Compensation and Benefits are known to be key drivers for engagement and retention of talent in organisations. However, due to continues development within regulations and people software development the area is highly complex and requires specialist knowledge. Also, the issue of “pay for performance” is an area that many organisations continually work to accomplish in order to secure the right incentive programmes for retaining talent.
Compensation and benefit is about designing and implementing strategies that ensure workers are rewarded in line with the organisational context and culture, relative to the external market environment. It requires specific knowledge in a range of specialist areas to be able to create and shape total reward packages, such as; executive reward, international reward and pay and benefit modelling. It is key to understand the link between reward and performance, both at an individual and organisational level.
The theme is open to all but especially designed to fit Compensation and Benefit experts. In addition, the theme will also accommodate HR Operations experts as well as Heads of HR responsible for salary negotiations. The track is of course also relevant for HR Business Partners.
