People Analytics is used and acknowledged among HR professionals as an important tool for securing data-driven decisions in HR that support business strategy and ties HR activities to business objectives.

People Analytics - NOCA

The theme involves understanding the quantitative and qualitative techniques for addressing people and organisational issues. This involves increasing our knowledge of statistical analysis and methods for extracting, interpreting and presenting people data.

The combination of people analytics, combined with improved decision making, has the potential to maximize our ability to make informed, actionable and business linked recommendations and decisions in HR.

The theme is open for all but especially designed to fit HR Professionals responsible for People Reporting and Analytics. In addition, the theme will also be relevant for HR IT Experts, Compensation and Benefit Specialists, HR Business Partners as well as HR Professionals responsible for HR Strategy and Development.
