Transformational Skills for Organizational Development 

This webinar introduced the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) initiative and framework and the impactful journey of IKEA's work with the IDGs.

The IDG framework is a global initiative co-created by over 1,000 scientists, experts, and HR and sustainability professionals. It is a not-for-profit and open-source initiative that started in 2021 and has grown exponentially.

Its mission is to foster inner development as a catalyst for achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030 and creating a sustainable future.

IDG collaborates with leading researchers and practitioners, including renowned organizations such as IMD, Google, and IKEA to drive meaningful change. NOCA is also collaborating with IDG to help build a bridge between our members and their growing global community to support sustainable development in our member organisations.

Jan Arthem Henriksson, Executive Director of the Inner Development Goals Initiative, will take us through the following:

In her leadership, she draws on her experience from strategic communication, business and strategy development, leadership development and learning, paired with long-term yoga practice and education of yoga teachers. Åsa is a systems thinker with a passion for complexity, facilitating creative problem solving and empowering collective intelligence in diverse teams.
