The purpose of the Talent Management theme is to focus on the ability to identify, select, develop and retain talent in organisations.

We look at how we can maximize potential through talent identification, engagement and planning. More specifically, we look at how organizations use data from workforce and succession planning to understand what talent exists within the organization, what talent is needed and to identify people who are particularly valuable to an organization. In addition, we focus on "best practice" within the development and retention of talent in organisations.

The theme is adapted to HR Specialists with responsibility for Talent Management. In addition, the theme will also cater to HR Business Partners and HR professionals responsible for Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Remuneration and/or Retention.
