World’s largest management conference

For many years, NOCA and CBS executive have facilitated a study trip for professional practitioners to the world’s largest management conference, the Academy of Management (AOM). Sadly, because of the pandemic we are not able to join the conference physically in 2021. However, we will still share insights from the conference with an online event, bringing you 6 different perspectives and key takeaways from 6 different HR Experts.

‘Bringing the Manager Back in Management’

The Academy of Management (AOM) 2021 will be held virtually, and the theme for this year is ‘Bringing the Manager Back in Management’. This theme will bring a new focus on managers on both the frontline, middle and executive level. But also looking at the managers from an organizational, geographic and global level. This conference will bring a focus on how research and teaching can help guide what is essential for guidance of managers on a day-to-day basis.

Online AOM event

As a (small) replacement for this year’s AOM, we are arranging an online meeting September 6th, where you will be introduced to six amazing speakers who have participated in this year’s online conference. They represent different areas within: International business, organizational studies, strategy and HR.

Join us at this event where we will get exclusive insights into these 6 presenters’ key take-aways from the conference.

You can read more about the AOM conference here.
