Psychological security drives DEI – CLOSED FOR REGISTRATION
Come along to the workshop on psychological security & DEI!
Did you know that teams with high diversity generally perform worse than ordinary teams unless there is a high level of psychological security in the team? If, on the other hand, there is both high diversity and a high degree of psychological security in your team, it outperforms all other teams. Especially in the areas; innovation and complex decisions.
In other words, psychological security is a prerequisite for using diversity to increase the organization's performance and innovation.

In this workshop we work on how we as HR professionals can create a safe space that enables the team to benefit from diversity and create the foundation for inclusion. Among other things, we will examine:
- What is psychological safety?
- How does psychological safety interact with diversity and inclusion?
- What are the good tricks you can use in teams and "one to one" in your practice?
The workshop is held together with organizational psychologist Jesper Toft and adviser Tina Ilsted. Expect an active afternoon with something on your mind, where you must be prepared to invest something of yourself in an alternation between presentations, dialogue and exercises.
