Original thinking in HR

How can you increase well-being, become more creative and avoid stress?

How do we create a working life where people thrive, think new things and have the energy to contribute – without creativity becoming yet another requirement on top of an already stressful everyday life?

In this webinar, you are invited to a conversation with management researcher, PhD, author and speaker Karsten Mellon based on his new book “Original Thinking”. The book is about how we can avoid stress, become happier and create better conditions for innovative thinking – also in working life.

For HR and People professionals, the question is particularly relevant – how can we support organizations where creativity, well-being and mental sustainability are not in conflict with each other, but become part of the overall employee experience?

In the webinar we will dive into, among other things:

  • What works when people and organizations need to think new ways
  • How HR can work with frameworks, culture and everyday practices
  • How to make it easier to get good ideas, conserve energy and avoid unnecessary pressure
  • Perspectives, concepts and inspiration to think differently about HR's role in working with well-being, creativity and stress prevention
  • And much, much more…

You should attend this webinar if you:

  • Want inspiration on how original thinking can be understood in an HR context?
  • Want to strengthen creativity and innovation in your organization?
  • Will contribute to well-being, job satisfaction and sustainable working life
  • Want to create better conditions for you and your colleagues to dare to think, speak and act differently

The webinar is relevant for all HR and People professionals, Business Partners, managers, work environment or well-being managers, Learning & Development - and everyone in between, who work with and to create better employee experiences in organizations.

The webinar will not be recorded.
