Successen gentages: Ny Learning Expedition i maj 2017

NOCA introducerede som noget helt nyt i 2015 Learning Expedition. Learning Expedition er en rejse til en by i Europa med det formål at besøge lokale virksomheder i regionen og sammen med dem drøfte relevante og interessante HR-problemstillinger, -udfordringer og –dilemmaer.

I juni 2015 gik turen til Berlin og i maj 2017 tager vi til Paris. Vi har pt. tilsagn fra tre spændende virksomheder om et besøg og arbejder på at have to fulde dages program i Paris. De tre virksomheder, som foreløbigt har sagt ja til at få besøg at en gruppe HR-professionelle fra NOCA er:

Hos Saint-Gobain møder vi bl.a. Jørgen Pedersen, Director Group Compensation & Benefits, der gerne vil drøfte følgende med os:

1.      Talent development within the Saint-Gobain Group.

2.      Communication to our employees around Total Rewards. What are the total benefits of being employed – also the benefits that are not financial?

Hos Tarkett møder vi Rodolphe POISOT, Group HR Development Director, der gerne vil drøfte følgende med os:
We would like to focus on Talent Management.

  • How to ensure alignment with the business strategies and key mid-term/long-term priorities?
  • How to develop the consistency across the organization in the way tools and processes are rolled out and used?
  • How to implement streamlined and easily actionable tools and processes for managers and HR?
  • What measurement and indicators can make the difference? How to track progress?
  • How to build career paths and share talent pools in a very decentralized organization?

As Nordic countries are quite advanced for gender equality, we would like also to take the opportunity to share about best practices in this field.

Hos Schneider Electric møder vi Xavier d’ESQUERRE, Learning & Workforce Planning SVP, Learning Solutions, Global Human Resources, der gerne vil drøfte følgende med os:

1.      How do we create a learning culture?

2.      How do we build great professionals?

  • What does it take?
  • Lack of a structured approach

3.      Digital learning – challenges and opportunities. How do we optimize the use?

Rammesætningen for Learning Expedition er, at vi besøger HR i en virksomhed for sammen med dem at drøfte de udfordringer, som de arbejder med i HR – ganske som når vi holder netværksmøder i NOCA herhjemme. Og ganske som herhjemme med fokus på, at både virksomheden vi besøger og os, der besøger får udbytte af mødet. Vi bruger ca. 3 timer i hver virksomhed, så der er tid til en god dialog, hvor vi kan komme i dybden med de udfordringer vi præsenteres for i virksomhederne. 

Praktisk information

Prisen er 5.000 kroner inkl. fuld forplejning, hotel og transport rundt i Paris.
 Vi har valgt, at I selv booker flybillet, da I kommer forskellige steder fra, og nogle måske ønsker at forlænge turen med et par dage i Paris. Vi har naturligvis tjekket flypriserne, og det er muligt at komme tur/retur for under 1000 kroner.  
Hvis I allerede nu vil bestille billetter, så bør hjemrejsen ikke starte tidligere end 19.30 den 4. maj.

Vi flyver til Paris den 2. maj, så vi kan bruge aftenen på at sætte scenen for de efterfølgende to dage. Vi mødes på hotellet kl. 21.00 og vi håber, at I alle prioriterer at nå frem til dette.
Både den 3. og 4. maj gennemføres to til tre virksomhedsbesøg og den 3. spiser vi en middag sammen på en lokal restaurant i Paris.

The success is repeated: New Learning Expedition in May 2017

In 2015 NOCA introduced a new concept of Learning Expeditions. Our Learning Expeditions is a journey to a city in Europe with the aim to visit local companies in the region and use them to address relevant and interesting HR issues, challenges and dilemmas.

In May 2017 our Learning Expedition will take place in Paris. We are working to have two full-day programs in Paris, and we already have agreements with:

The framework for a Learning Expedition is, that we visit HR departments in a company and discuss the challenges they face – just like when we meet at network meetings in NOCA companies at home.

We plan on spending about 3 hours in each company, so there is time for a good dialogue.

Practical information

The price is 5.000 DKK, which include hotel, all meals and transport around Paris. We have decided that you book your own flight, so you have the flexibility to do as you like. 

We fly to Paris on 2 May, so we can use the evening to set the stage for the following two days. We meet at the hotel at 9 PM.
Both the 3 and 4 May carried two to three visits and on the 3rd we eat a nice dinner together at a local restaurant. 

Your flight back on 4 May should not be with departure before 7.30 PM.
