When HR creates value in the design of the future sales organization
November 9th Let's meet for a true NOCA day at DLG Axelborg, about organizational design & organizational development.
DLG is in the process of gearing up their sales organization for the future - and HR plays a central role in this process.
DLG is on a burning platform, as a very high proportion of their salespeople are approaching retirement age. DLG is increasingly finding that it is difficult to recruit salespeople, and they are fighting with competitors for the same employees.
At the same time, the structural development in agriculture means that there are fewer customers, and the trend is towards larger and much more complex customers. DLG needs fewer salespeople, but in return they must possess some new/different skills.
So some of the core questions are:
• What must future DLG employees be able to do?
• How many employees will DLG need and where will they come from?
• How does DLG make the organization scalable, so that there is also future-proofing in the medium term?
DLG is working to clarify these questions, so that they can draw up a plan that will position DLG as strongly as possible in the future - You can help answer all these questions!
At the meeting, DLG will talk about the strategic challenges, how they have approached the task and a status of how far they are with the implementation, and what challenges they have encountered and possibly still not resolved.
From DLG will Group CEO, Organization & Strategy, Maria Kofod Larsen, HR Development Manager Signe Birgitte Schmid and HR Development Consultant Lone Frank Nielsen take part. They will all share their experiences from this exciting organizational development and design process in DLG.
In addition, will Associate Professor, Department of Marketing, CBS, Mogens Bjerre also participate with a presentation about general considerations in connection with reorganization of sales organizations. Mogens Bjerre knows DLG's organizational design and will therefore link the research to DLG's current challenges.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to a deeply exciting and inspiring NOCA day with both the organization's case that is in full swing as well as an angle on the case from the research part of the world - So don't miss this and hurry therefore sign up now!
The meeting starts at 12, where a sandwich will be served which can be enjoyed during the day's first item on the agenda.
