HR Analytics – Getting your data foundation in place

On September 15th 2016 we meet at Grundfos for an afternoon of People Analytics and how to get the data foundation in place.

It requires good data quality to use data for reporting and analyses, so how do you ensure good data? What is the recipe?
Grundfos will share how far they have come in terms of using an organization wide governance model on data quality and dive into the dilemma going from quantitative data quality checks to qualitative data quality checks.

  • What monthly KPI´s does Product Supply report to support the strategy and what regular reports are run in order to provide the business with useful HR data insights.
  • From data to recommendation: In this session we will look into the statistics behind HR Analytics. We will talk about significance and regressions, amongst other things. The idea is, that you will bring some new tools back home.
