The New Normal in the eyes of the CHRO (Online Executive HR Check-in)

The meeting is reserved for members of NOCA's Executive HR Group.

How do our companies get off to a good start after the pandemic? What challenges do we face and how will we solve these?

As CHRO for a large organisation, you are faced with a wide range of challenges when "the new normal" has to be found. The employees want homework, greater flexibility and a more agile organisation. Lederne looks into new business models and other market dynamics, which place great demands on commitment and competence. As CHRO, it's your job to support The New Normal.

At this Executive HR Check-in, HR director Pia Irene Andreasen from PFA Pension and Partner Yvonne Frederiksen from Norrbom Vinding will give their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities they experience that are most important in connection with The New Normal.

Sparring with peers

The setup is simple and informal. You are participating in an online meeting facilitated by NOCA. You will have the opportunity to raise questions, discuss in small groups, and meet other CHROs who can strengthen your and your organization's work going forward.

Pia Irene Andreasen - NOCA

Pia Irene Andreasen, Chief People Officer at PFA Pension.

Pia has over 20 years of experience with HR from large organizations such as Accenture, Microsoft and Danske Bank before she joined PFA pension in 2016, where she now holds the role of HR director.

Pia has a Master of Science in HRM from CBS and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from RUC. In addition, Pia has also studied at INSEAD and Stanford University.

Yvonne Frederiksen - NOCA

Yvonne Frederiksen, Partner at Norrbom Vinding.

Yvonne comes from Denmark's leading law firm within labor and employment law. She has daily sparring with private companies on HR law both nationally and internationally.

What is HR Executive Check-In?

HR Executive check-in i NOCA creates a space where HR Executives can meet cross-functionally – easily and informally. The focus is on knowledge sharing and networking. The format is online and the meeting is held for 50 minutes early in the morning. The topics all relate to a CHRO's agenda and the value of the meetings is created through short presentations and discussions facilitated by NOCA. As an HR Executive in a member company, you receive the invitation to these events directly in your mailbox.
