CSRD & ESG: Sustainability culture via legislation: 'ESRS S1 Own workforce'

The Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility Directive (CSRD) is a directive from the EU that introduces new requirements for organizations' sustainability reporting. The directive must be incorporated into Danish legislation in the summer of 2024. Part of this directive has a relatively direct relationship with HR, especially the part called ESRS S1 Own Workforce. This means that companies are expected to report on various concrete parameters and initiatives around all employees, such as gender distribution in management.

If organizations approach this legislation as more than an exercise in compliance, the legislation can be an aid in the development of the desired long-term sustainability culture in the organisations. NOCA has invited two expert presenters from Sustainable Impacters to provide insight into how HR can contribute and support top management, organization and society in the process.

Annebeth Bredvig and Mie Ryberg Rasmussen from Sustainable Impacters will share their knowledge and experience within sustainability and ESG, including their work with companies across sizes and in different industries. They will focus on how HR professionals can contribute to building a sustainability culture through legislation such as CSRD and 'ESRS S1 Own Workforce.'

Your presentation will give you valuable insight into how legislation on sustainability and ESG can drive win-win-win value creation.

Register for this value-packed online presentation and get the opportunity to learn from experienced advisors who generously share their insights and best practices around sustainability, ESG legislation and how HR can approach ESRS S1 Own Workforce and CSRD legislation as a value-added opportunity.
