Men, masculinity and mental well-being – new perspectives on gender equality in working life

How do we talk about gender equality in a way that also includes cross-cutting perspectives, and what does this mean in practice for HR and management in larger companies?

DareGender is a Danish organization that works for gender equality with a special focus on boys' and men's well-being and opportunities in society. We invite you to a webinar where DareGender's head of secretariat, Andreas Beck Kronborg, focuses on how gender equality is also a structural issue for men, and how it is expressed in working life.

Based on specific cases and experiences from, among others, men's groups, collaborations with larger companies and initiatives such as DareGender's presence at Roskilde Festival, we delve into:

  • How HR can address men's well-being and mental health as an equality issue
  • What it takes to create inclusive spaces for men in the organization, both for Danish and international employees
  • What role can men's groups play in promoting openness, relationships and job satisfaction?

The focus will be on practical insights and concrete recommendations that HR departments and managers can use directly in their work. We will delve into knowledge and tools from DareGender's many years of work with gender and well-being.

The webinar is relevant for both Danish and international companies, and we will also talk about DareGender's new men's groups for expats, which are currently offered in English.

We look forward to inspiring you with new perspectives on how HR can contribute to a more equal and inclusive working life.
