Developing a Purposeful Culture
Creating cultural awareness in organizations
How do you engage and enable leaders to work as diligently and with equal ownership in shaping the desired culture as they do with business strategy?
This was the challenge that kicked started our culture journey in Hempel as we set out to define our performance culture. Culture is something we have – either by chance or by choice. This invites for a great opportunity to own our culture by defining and driving a culture of choice that accelerates business and people performance. The challenge is to work as purposefully with their culture as with strategy and creating a shared cultural compass that guides how we engage and deliver together.
We invite you to join our webinar featuring Linn Gevoll Lunde, PhD, Head of Culture, Performance and Engagement at Hempel. Linn will present how Hempel's starting the journey with developing towards a more aligned culture to support execution of their strategic ambition.
In this webinar we will be diving into:
- The process of identifying the desired culture and addressing barriers.
- How we engaged and mobilized senior leaders into the culture journey
- Example of "Driver's seat and back seat behavior" in empowering employees to take ownership.
- Key learnings from the process so far
Don't miss this opportunity to learn directly from Hempel, as they share firsthand insights into their journey, the challenges they face, and the key strategies that led to this ongoing process. Secure your spot today and be inspired by Hempel's transformation story!
