Her focus on diversity and inclusion is an integral part of her management philosophy and has made her a driving force behind Coop's goal of being the most attractive workplace in Danish retail. She previously worked as HR director (CHRO) for ISS Denmark and had responsibility as Global Diversity & Inclusion Lead in ISS. She has received several awards and recognitions for her work, including the HR Award 2018 and the ranking as one of the 100 most influential CSR leaders in the world in 2016 and 2018 by World CSR Day. Her involvement in society also includes roles as a jury member for the HR Research Award and a board member for the DEA think tank.
Henrik Engelund, CEO Director and Owner, Coreworkers
Henrik is Scandinavia's leading expert in Employer Branding, and a sought-after strategist, concept creator, advisor and lecturer. He has written the book "Employer branding as a discipline", and he founded Coreworkers almost 30 years ago. It is Henrik who sets the team and secures the line when Coreworkers solve tasks and problems.
Andreas Jørgensen, Director, Coreworkers
Andreas is a director and Employer Branding expert. He is also a specialist in project management and creative processes, as well as an experienced leader of sprint processes. Andreas maintains an overview for clients and colleagues all the way from the initial analyzes and co-creation workshops to strategy development and planning to creative execution.
Finn Lynch, Director, Blackbridge Communications
Finn has over 20 years' experience in the employer branding industry. Finn joined Blackbridge as a board director in 2009 and currently has oversight of the strategic growth of the agency. He also manages the team responsible for delivering employer brand, attraction, and internal communications campaigns. Sectors in which he works include aerospace, healthcare, technology, financial services and retail.
Rikke Møller Fastø, Head of HR at Danmarks Nationalbank
Rikke is Head of HR at Danmarks Nationalbank, former HR partner at the same place. She has experience with talent development, facilitation, HR consulting, coaching and much more. Rikke has an educational CV that includes both an education as a Financial Advisor - with a specialization in insurance, a bachelor's degree in English and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Cand.Soc in HRM from Copenhagen Business School.
Janus Bengtsson, Communications Advisor at Danmarks Nationalbank
Janus is Senior Communications Advisor at Danmarks Nationalbank. Janus is an expert in professional communication, and works in his position with the communication of results and messages from economic analyses, as well as the understanding of Danmarks Nationalbank's role and their socially critical tasks. In addition to managing Danmarks Nationalbank's LinkedIn and Facebook, Janus helped develop Danmarks Nationalbank's new website. He is also in charge of a project on ambassador communication. Janus has 18 years of experience as a communications consultant and project manager in a number of communications and design agencies.
Helle Sand, Chief People Officer at LB Forsikring
Helle is CPO at LB Forsikring and in recent years, together with the team in People & Organisation, has initiated the development of LB as an organization based on an employee aspiration and a strategic and systematic approach to the HR area. "Navigating everyday life while the future is unknown requires a special mindset to be something for others in our leadership, our everyday choices and in our investments in each other and for our members. It requires an employee community where we create and maintain an attractive and sustainable workplace and employee experience that benefits LB, the members and society.”
Helle has worked at LB Forsikring for 9 years, where her roles include has included head of HR law and terms and conditions as well as her current position as head of People & Organization. Her educational background includes a master's degree in law from the University of Copenhagen, the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program from the University of Michigan and an education from the London Business School. Previously, Helle was employed by Djøf, Lederne and in the state.
Mette Dreyer, Head of Employee Experience at LB Forsikring
Mette is Head of the Employee Experience Department at LB Forsikring and, together with the People & Organization team, has helped develop and implement initiatives that support LB's HR Strategy. Mette has more than 20 years of experience as an HR Project Manager, where the focus has been on developing concepts as well as streamlining and digitizing processes.
Mette has been employed by LB Forsikring for 3 years and has previously worked for Novo Nordisk, Demant and Danske Bank.
