In this webinar, Christian Horn presents new, practice-oriented research based on qualitative case studies from 10 teaching groups with a total of approximately 200 participants at the Aarhus Business Academy. The participants include managers, HR managers, project managers, specialists, professional resource persons, coordinators and shop stewards from a wide range of private and public organizations.
Based on basic psychological needs, meaning-making and concrete everyday examples, Christian focuses on how generative AI affects motivation, collaboration, well-being and communication – and why the biggest challenges often lie not in the technology, but in the different experiences that AI creates in people.

Christian Horn is a senior consultant, philosopher and business researcher at the Aarhus Business Academy, where he works with leadership training, HR, communication, ethics and practice-based research projects. He has a master's degree in philosophy and has worked for many years on how philosophical perspectives can be applied in conversations, meetings, decision-making processes and management practices in working life. In his current research, Christian examines how generative AI affects people, collaboration, well-being and communication in organizations – and how management and HR can support a more meaningful and psychologically sustainable implementation of AI.
