Signe works on a daily basis with change management and organizational development based on a regenerative approach with a focus on restitution, co-management and activation of employees' agency.
Signe is also a board member of the Danish Implementation Network and a debater and writer for media such as Impact Insider. In addition, she recently authored the book “Regenerative transformations – Insights and actions that move you and your organization” one of the first textbooks on regenerative leadership in practice from Hans Reitzel Forlag/Gyldendal.
