Regenerative management in practice

More and more organizations and professionals want a more holistic approach to management and organizational development, where well-being, healthy working relationships and responsibility for the environment and society go hand in hand. But everyday life is often full of tasks, firefighting and business as usual, which can make it difficult to realize the ambitions in practice!

Signe Skall Toke, owner of the consulting company Re-lab shares knowledge and tools from her newly published book 'Regenerative transformations – hope & actions', which was written on the basis of having helped several organizations to work with regenerative actions in everyday life.

In the webinar, you will gain insight into and tools to answer the questions:

  • How can you as an HR consultant or manager apply regenerative principles and methods in practice?
  • Which measures can help you free up time, improve well-being and create positive changes in your organization's internal "ecosystem"?

We look at the regenerative management paradigm from the perspective of a practitioner. In these years, this approach is gaining ground on the Danish labor market with a clear agenda to put real action on our dreams of a better future with respect for both human and planetary boundaries.

In the webinar you will learn about:

  • Concrete tools for working regeneratively in a busy everyday life
  • How you can improve well-being and cooperation in the organization
  • Practical examples of creating a sustainable and positive development that strengthens both your organization and the outside world
Participate in the webinar and be inspired to improve your own everyday life and strengthen your organization. We look forward to welcoming you to an exciting and educational webinar.
