Development with meaning
How do we create feedback that really moves?
How do we create workplaces where development is not an extra layer – but a natural part of the way we collaborate and solve tasks?
In an era of high pace, complexity and constant change, feedback is becoming one of the most important drivers for both organizational and personal development. Yet everyday feedback often hits us in the wrong direction: We talk past each other or misunderstand intentions – not because we want to, but because our mindset unconsciously colors both the dialogue and the interpretation. And thus it hinders the learning we are trying to create.
In this webinar, we delve into a new approach to feedback inspired by modern developmental psychology – particularly Robert Kegan's work on adult development and the ideas of Consciously Developing Organizations. We explore how we as leaders, HR professionals and colleagues can create culture, relationships and conversations that make people grow – and where learning is allowed to be meaningful, sustainable and rooted in practice.
What do you take away from the session?
- How does mindset affect the quality of our feedback and conversations?
- What does it take to create a development culture that strengthens well-being, performance and psychological security?
- How does feedback become a shared space for reflection that opens up new understanding, rather than an assessment that shuts down the conversation?
- What approaches, tools and psychological insights can you use directly in your own practice when you want to strengthen learning and development in everyday life?
The content of the webinar is based on the book Development with meaning – feedback that moves organizations and people.
