Again this year, we are collaborating with one of Northern Europe's strongest law firms in HR law. The collaboration gives NOCA members access to Norrbom Vinding's seminar series "Ajour" for free or at a greatly reduced price.

In 2024, we can offer 10 free places. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, a maximum of one participant per member organisation. The allocation of free places is provided that the person did not get a free place last year. Everyone else gets the opportunity to buy an additional place in the seminar row with a 25% discount. 2024

At the Ajour seminars, Norrbom Vinding's experienced lawyers and partners present and interpret the latest developments in legislation and jurisprudence in the HR legal field and also focus on trends and best practice within the field. The Ajour concept is continuously adjusted according to input from the participants in order to optimize the benefit of the seminars as much as possible, and there is an opportunity for feedback on specific
problems.

Ajour consists of three seminars (October, March and June) lasting 3 hours.

The seminars include:

Proposed legislative proposals and the latest laws
The latest EU rules, including important EU judgments
Current themes within the HR-legal area, often selected based on input from the participants – including completely current on the day
Latest case law – viewed in perspective in relation to the themes that the decisions affect
