Introduction to NOCA Networks
If you are considering whether a NOCA Network is relevant for you or someone on your team, we invite you to a short online introduction.
NOCA Networks are confidential peer networks for experienced People and HR professionals in NOCA's member organizations. Each network is built around real cases from the participants and current dilemmas from practice and is professionally facilitated. Each network meets four times a year at member organizations.
You can already read more about the current networks at:
https://www.noca.dk/request-a-seat-i-noca-networks/
and request a seat before the intro meeting. As there are a limited number of seats, early interest can increase the likelihood that you will be considered for the most relevant network.
In 30 minutes you will get a clear overview of:
• how the networks work in practice
• what is expected of the participants
• how we work with confidentiality and quality
• how to take the next step if a network is relevant to you
Depending on the group of participants, one or more facilitators will also provide a brief insight into typical cases and the professional value of the format.
Good to know
• 14 to 16 active participants in each network
• a group of participants of up to 25 to ensure stable quality throughout the year
• one participant per member organization in each network
• new networks are opened when there is a strong foundation for the next group
