Goodbye 8-16 – hello to the super flexible workplace (Physical)
How to create the super-flexible work culture of the future
From the industrial society's focus on material values to the knowledge society's dependence on intangible resources, we have learned one thing: It is people who create value. Therefore, it is crucial that our work structures support different types of people, their biological rhythms and productivity patterns.
But how can we, as HR professionals and leaders, create a culture where all employees thrive optimally? How can we create a work environment that is not only flexible, but biologically inclusive?
Why spend these two days together?
As an HR or manager, you play a key role in developing workplaces that support employee well-being and performance. Join this event where you will:
- Insight into how chronobiology affects employee well-being and productivity.
- Concrete tools to implement flexible working hours that match employees' natural rhythms.
- Inspiration on how you can create a more inclusive and healthy work culture.
Let's together:
- Challenge prejudices about B-people: Create a culture where all chronotypes are recognized and supported.
- Train chrono-inclusive leaders: Equip managers with tools to understand and appreciate different productivity patterns.
- Creating a chrono-inclusive work culture: Give employees the freedom to work according to their natural rhythm for increased autonomy and productivity.
About the book CHRONOLEADERSHIP
In her new book CHRONOLEADERSHIP, Camilla Kring explores how companies can create better workplaces by addressing chrono-diversity, chrono-equality and chrono-inclusion. The book challenges the traditional 8-16 work structure and introduces new ways of working where both morning and evening people can perform at their best.
This event will delve into the book's themes and at the same time provide a unique insight into Camilla Kring's concept of Life Navigation - a method for designing a working life that better harmonizes with the individual employee's rhythm of life and needs.
Register now and help shape the future of working life! We look forward to seeing you for an inspiring and thought-provoking morning.
