Spencer's research explores how creativity, collaboration and culture shape the way organizations learn and lead through change. Throughout his career, Spencer has advised major global organizations such as Google and NASA on how to design environments that unlock purpose, adaptability and human connection. His work has been published in leading academic journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science and the Journal of Applied Psychology, and he is widely recognized for bridging rigorous research with real-world leadership challenges.

Who can attend?

This event is primarily reserved for Heads of Leadership Development. However, other members with a strong interest and relevant professional background in the topic are warmly welcome to register.
If seats remain available after the priority group has been confirmed, additional participants will receive theirs final confirmation by 23 January.

In order to give the most members the opportunity to participate in the event and to protect ourselves against food waste, we need to know if you are participating, otherwise we can give your place to someone else. Therefore, if you cancel after the deadline on February 13th 2026 at 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of DKK 500.

Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. Your colleague will need to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event.
