From strategy to culture and behavior through involvement and gamification

If you and your organization are facing, are in the middle of, or in the process of following up on a change process where keywords such as strategy, culture and behavior have been the focal point, then don't miss this exciting NOCA network meeting at ATP, where involvement and gamification will be the focal point!

Gamification
Many organizations are amazed that significant parts of their strategy are never realized. Or that desired cultural and behavioral changes do not materialize in everyday practice. The chain from intention to start-up and implementation to anchoring and results is often weak or even broken. Sometimes there can be a long way from strategy and big visions to behavior and well-being in a busy everyday life.

At the network meeting, you will have the opportunity to hear about and engage in dialogue about:

• ATP's work to strengthen the connection between strategy and everyday life, and the efforts to ensure that culture becomes a partner rather than an opponent.
• How ATP engages their 2600 employees across the country in an involving process designed in collaboration with Workz. We take a closer look at both the process design and the tools and methods used, which include is inspired by gamification and design thinking.

On the networking day, you will be able to meet:

• Mette Lilleøre, Head of Section, ATP, Strategic Competence Development
• Trine Gadegaard, Chief Consultant, ATP, Strategic Competence Development
• Ask Agger, CEO, Workz
