What is leadership – both now and in the future?
Webinar with Karsten Mellon
Leadership is a simple question with many complex answers. Based on the new book What is leadership, past, present and future? NOCA invites you to a webinar with author and management researcher Karsten Mellon. Together we explore the development of the concept of management, contemporary practices and future perspectives – all seen through the eyes of HR.
The book, written by Karsten Mellon and Søren Frimann, takes us from historical understandings of leadership to the most current themes: the leadership role, followership, processes, results and purpose. Along the way, a number of leaders and professors give their views on what the leadership of the future might look like and why we still need leadership.
At the webinar you will get:
- Insight into the book's key points and reflections
- The management of the future – what does it take?
- Inspiration for conversations about what leadership should be in the future
There are no definitive answers, but plenty of inspiration, reflection and new perspectives on what leadership can be.
In addition, Karsten offers EVERYONE the opportunity to download his “A management book on 1 page” :
