The DNA of the conflict
Conflicts are not something we should avoid – they are a condition of life!
We all know those situations in the workplace where small disagreements grow larger and create tension in everyday life. Some conflicts resolve themselves quickly, while others can affect cooperation and the working environment over a longer period of time.
But when we learn to handle them correctly, they can create change, strengthen collaboration, and contribute to better decisions.
We must accept that conflicts are an inevitable part of our everyday lives – both in work and private life. But how can we navigate them in a way that creates value and development rather than frustration and stagnation? This webinar gives you insight into the 'DNA' and the psychological mechanisms that come into play when people are in stressful situations. You will gain insight into how to handle conflicts constructively, strengthen communication and create a more trusting and productive culture.
In the webinar we will delve into:
The natural laws of conflict – What drives conflicts and how do they affect us?
Psychological mechanisms – Human reactions under pressure, and strategies for emotion regulation.
Organizational benefits – How can conflicts contribute to development, trust and stronger cooperation?
Navigate conflicts successfully – understand the DNA of conflict
All too often, misunderstandings, unclear responsibilities or resistance to change arise, creating frustration and tension. But by understanding the psychological mechanisms behind conflicts and using constructive communication tools, we can transform them from obstacles to opportunities. Conflicts are not something we should fear – they are an opportunity to create real change and strengthen collaboration when we meet them with insight, understanding and the right tools. We look forward to welcoming you to an inspiring and educational webinar!
