Sustainable leadership: Andreas Rasche will be sharing with us how to integrate sustainable strategies into leadership practices to foster long-term growth. 

Ethics and responsibility in leadership: Camilla Sløk will be explorhing the moral and ethical dimensions of leadership, addressing value-based conflicts and organizational dilemmas to help leaders act with integrity and purpose. 

Transformational leadership in complex systems: Morven McLean will be emphasishing mindset-focused approaches to leadership development that promote cultural change and enable leaders to thrive in dynamic, interconnected environments.

Keynote speakers:

Dennis Normark, Anthropologist, Author, and Organizational Culture Expert

Dennis Nørmark is a keynote speaker, writer, commentator, board member and independent consultant. With a degree in anthropology, Dennis started his career 20 years ago as a lecturer at Aarhus University. Since then, he has been a critic and commentator at Jyllands-Posten, various roles in direction, training and consultancy, as well as having hatred multiple board positions, eg in Denmark's Radio (DR). Today, he is an entrepreneur and independent consultant, inspiring teams, managers, and leaders to be culturally aware and benefit from diversity, as well as a recognised keynote speaker and author. Dennis has written multiple books, and his most recent publication, titled “Gid min chef var chief” focuses on leadership and how it can be transformed – leaving hierarchical thinking in the past and focusing on modern management. 

Morven McLean, Head of Global Leadership & Talent Development, Arla Foods

Morven McLean's career spans two ambitious decades across leadership, talent development and learning. Her international experience includes roles in large global organizations and smaller enterprises; fostering a love of learning and encouraging people to reach their full potential. She has extensive expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, cross-cultural management and L&D, and is known for daring to design bold and highly original solutions to complex organizational problems. At Arla, she focuses on delivering leadership development strategies that align with the company's growth and transformation growth. As a teacher and facilitator, Morven has close ties with leading education providers such as Duke, Copenhagen Business School, IE Business School, University College London (UCL) and many more.

Andreas Rasche, Professor and Associate Dean, Copenhagen Business School

Andreas Rasche is Professor of Business in Society at the Copenhagen Business School Center for Sustainability and Associate Dean for the CBS Full-Time MBA Program. He is Associate Editor of Business Ethics Quarterly and has been Visiting Professor at Stockholm School of Economics as well as an Associate Fellow at Warwick Business School. Andreas Rasche is regularly mentioned in Danish and international media, including the Financial Times and Børsen, having received multiple awards and recognitions for this teaching and research, including the Best Teacher Award by the CBS Executive MBA Program, the Best-Case Award by The Case Centre, and a Best Paper Award by the Academy of Management. His research examines the intersection of corporate sustainability, sustainable finance, and the political role of firms and has been published in multiple international journals such as Academy of Management Learning and Education, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies, Business Ethics Quarterly and Journal of Management Inquiry. 

Camilla Sløk, Associate Professor at CBS

Camilla has specialized in leadership ethics, organizational dilemmas, and value-based conflicts. Her research focuses on the existential and ethical challenges leaders face, particularly the tensions between professional, political, and organizational expectations. Through her work, Camilla explores the role of guilt and responsibility in leadership, emphasizing how leaders navigate failure and stakeholder expectations.

Workshop facilitators:

Christian Byrge, Professor at Vilnius University Business School

Christian is a PhD and full professor of creative thinking, team creativity, and AI creative thinking at Vilnius University Business School in Lithuania. As an internationally recognized researcher, he has provided creativity training to more than 100,000 professionals from leading organizations worldwide. Over the years, he has advised over 300 organizations on developing creativity as a team culture, an effective work process, and a valuable set of leadership and employee skills.

Marie Forest, Chief Talent Development Consultant at VELUX

Marie Forest is Chief Talent Development Consultant at VELUX and has been with VELUX since 2018. Before this, she has worked with people performance, talent development and organizational design in companies like Danske Bank, Vestas and NNE. Marie possesses a master's in economics from the University of Copenhagen and is furthermore a certified assessor and has multiple certifications in eg, organizational design, leadership development, and executive presence. She specializes in strategic HR consultancy as well as developing and implementing HR initiatives within talent development, organizational development, leadership development and change management.

Mattias Krogh-Møller, Head of Global People & Leadership Development at VELUX

Mattias Krogh-Møller works as Head of Global People & Leadership Development at VELUX. With experience as Director of Global Talent Development at Novo Nordisk, Head of Talent & People Development at Nuuday, a lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, and an entrepreneur, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Mattias has a Master of Business Administration and Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School as well as a semester at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai. He is an experienced HR/People leader, having worked with people strategy, talent attraction, performance management, learning & development, and leadership development. He specializes in HR transformations and building fit-for-purpose solutions for HR. 

Jonas Thimm Jensbye, Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant at Region Nordjylland 

Jonas Thimm Jensbye has worked with leadership and organizational development in the Region of North Jutland since 2018. Previously, he has worked in private and public organizations as an internal and external consultant, focusing on psychological work environment, process consulting and change processes. Jonas is a psychologist specialized in work and organizational psychology. He is certified in a number of profiling tools and is currently completing a mini MBA in management. Jonas acts as a supervisor, advisor, facilitator, coach and communicator, specializing in development management teams and supporting strategic and operational management. He works with leadership and talent development based on the approach that leadership is something everyone can contribute to and develop skills in.

Ditte Svendsen, Senior Learning & Organizational Development Partner at Universal Robots

As Senior Learning & Organizational Development Partner, Ditte drives organizational growth and innovation through leadership development, talent management, and change initiatives. Collaborating with Universal Robots, Mobile Industrial Robots, and the global HR community, she designs and implements solutions that foster both individual and team success while aligning with organizational goals.

Svend Ask Larsen, Senior Consultant, Partner and Learning Game Designer at Workz A/S

At Workz, Svend is designing and deploying leadership development activities, change processes and strategy implementation activities. Furthermore, he designs and facilitates bespoke- and “off-the-shelf” game-based learning solutions, leadership programs and transformation tools as well as training and certifying customers in using these games internally.

Lotte Bøgh Andersen, Professor and Director of the King Frederik Center of Public Leadership at Aarhus University

Lotte Bøgh Andersen is a professor and, since 2018, the director of the King Frederik Center for Public Leadership at Aarhus University. Her research focuses on leadership, motivation, and performance, and the presentation draws particularly on the books Leadership in Public and Private Organizations, Training Leadershipand Meaning and Motivation in Organization and Leadership. This research is based on a series of field experiments conducted in close collaboration with private and public organizations.

In order to give the most members the opportunity to participate in the event and to protect ourselves against food waste etc., we need to know if you are participating, otherwise we can give your place to someone else.

Therefore, if you cancel after the deadline on February 24th at 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of DKK 450.

Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. Your colleague just needs to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event.
