Jakob has a background in the police and a master's degree in Business Coaching. He has previously been L&D Manager at IKEA Denmark and HR- Mgr. at IKEA Australia. Jakob is the founder of Walk to Explore, which coaches leaders and facilitates leadership development through hiking trips in Denmark and abroad. More than 800 leaders have participated in one of Jakob's Walk to Explore courses since 2014.
