Create presence and direction – even when the meeting takes place behind a screen
Participate in a webinar full of tips for creating energy, productivity and presence in your online meetings.
How do we create results and step into character as a facilitator in online meetings? What does it take for us as leaders, HR professionals and meeting facilitators to create engagement, ensure clear direction and create real presence when we meet online? And how do we avoid the same few voices taking the floor – while the rest mute themselves and mentally sign out? These are some of the questions we will tackle in this webinar.
Online meetings have become commonplace. But that doesn't mean we've necessarily become good at them. On the contrary, many people experience a drop in energy, meetings lose focus, and collaboration becomes more difficult over time.
With concrete methods, sharp points and lots of practice, Kenneth Agerholm shows you how to:
- Creates a clear structure and natural variation in recurring screen meetings
- Uses chat, breakout rooms, and other online tools to strengthen participation and ownership.
- Activates those who speak less – and balances those who speak the most.
- Collaborates with management on clear meeting standards and a common Code of Conduct
- Translating classic facilitation principles into the online meeting reality
The webinar is hands-on and lively. You will have the opportunity to try out some of the techniques that Kenneth demonstrates along the way – so you will leave with both inspiration and concrete tools for your own meetings behind the screen.
We will end with a voluntary 15-minute open mic session where you can ask questions and share your own experiences with Kenneth and the other participants.
