Rethink the recruitment journey – from application to the perfect match
How did I we ensure, at potential candidates get a good experience when they apply for a job with us?
That was the question that IDA asked itself when, in the spring of 2024, it had to hire 3 new colleagues for the team of working life consultants. The answer was a rethinking of the recruitment process – with a focus on creating a process that prioritizes transparency and efficiency and respects the applicants' time and resources as best as possible.
Instead of long, motivated applications, applicants were asked to simply submit a CV and a short video. In addition, anonymous question hours were held where potential applicants could get answers to their questions without any obligation to apply. This approach enabled applicants to make more informed choices and for IDA to attract the right profiles.
