Driving AI adoption through community, gamification and micro learning

What happened when NNE gamified AI adoption?

Many organizations are currently exploring how to create real AI engagement and behavioral change across the organization. Earlier this year, NNE experimented with exactly this through “AI Olympics”, a company-wide AI initiative designed to strengthen AI understanding, encourage experimentation and create engagement across teams and departments.

Instead of relying solely on traditional training formats, NNE experimented with a more hands-on and gamified approach to AI learning. Over the course of two weeks, employees participated in more than 40 short and focused AI sessions combined with competitions, knowledge-sharing and practical AI activities designed to encourage experimentation and collaboration across the organization.

What started as a February initiative quickly developed into a highly engaging learning experience and provided valuable insights into how organizations can create stronger engagement and practical AI adoption across teams and functions.

On this webinar, Josephine Marie Hüttel Sørensen from NNE will share the story behind the initiative, the thinking behind the format and some of the key learnings and reflections from the process.

On this webinar, we will explore:

  • Why NNE chose a gamified and community-driven approach to AI adoption
  • How short-form micro learning sessions increased engagement
  • How competition and collaboration helped create behavioral change
  • The measurable impact on employee engagement and AI understanding
  • Key learnings, challenges and reflections from running the initiative.

The session will also touch upon how AI Olympics is part of a broader AI enablement journey at NNE. Beyond the February initiative itself, NNE has built a strong foundation around AI adoption, governance and enablement across the organization and is already exploring new ideas and initiatives to continue building engagement, learning and practical AI usage in the future.
