The second NOCA debrief – AoM 2025
Then NOCA invites you to a joint debriefing at the CBS Executive Foundation, where we will gather impressions, lessons learned and questions from the conference.
We create space for reflection, curious sparring and knowledge sharing across the sessions we have each participated in.
The purpose is to bring perspectives into play and inspire each other to take further action. In addition, it will be cozy and social with the opportunity to expand your network across spheres of interest.
The debriefing is for those of you who want to share your insights and help translate the conference's many perspectives to concrete value in our Danish context, or just listen.
Our facilitators on the day will be the knowledgeable AoM regulars, Danielle Bjerre Lyndgaard
Senior HR Partner at JyskeBank and Rikke Kristine Nielsen, Associate Professor at Aalborg University.
In addition, CBS Executive Foundation's own Program Director, Stine Staffeldt, will share her experience to gather all our learnings and impressions.
Practical information:
The metro line runs directly to Fasanvej Metro Station with a short walk on 8 minutes to the Raw Materials Building, where the debrief will be held. Transportation after the debrief is at your own risk.
There will be light refreshments.
After the debrief, there will be an opportunity to participate in the annual AoM CBS Reception at Solbjerg Square.

In order to give the most members the opportunity to participate in the event and to protect ourselves against food waste, we need to know if you are participating, so that we can otherwise give your place to someone else.
If you therefore unsubscribe after the deadline deadline July 25, 2025 at 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of DKK 500.
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. Your colleague simply needs to pick up your name badge upon arrival at the event.
