Introduction to NOCA (Online)
At our introduction to NOCA, you will get to know us. We are a non-profit association that unites HR professionals in Denmark's largest organizations and builds a bridge between research and practice within the HR field. The purpose is quite simply to create the framework for knowledge sharing and ensure the development of our joint HR discipline - and as an employee in a NOCA company you can be involved.
How do you get the most out of your NOCA membership?
As a new employee in one of our member organizations or as an employee in an organization that has just become a member of NOCA, there may be many questions about how to get the most out of your NOCA membership and how NOCA can actually contribute to your working life. In addition, there may be practical questions about the association, our events and various procedures for NOCA members.
Therefore, we really want to contribute to you and your colleagues being on-boarded in the best possible way!
About the event
At this online meeting, we will present you with what NOCA can do and everything you can use us for.
At the event you will meet other NOCA members as well NOCA's secretariat, who will give an introduction to what we offer as an association and answer all the questions you may have about NOCA and the practical aspects of being a member of the association.
We will, among other things, review:
- What NOCA is
- What NOCA offers you as a member
- How you yourself can help set the agenda for NOCA
- The practical elements of e.g. to register and unregister events and get your own user on noca.dk
At the meeting, there will be ample opportunity to ask all the questions you may have about NOCA.
