NOCA is an association of companies that was established in 2002.

We are a non-political, not-for-profit association - owned and run by the members - for the members.

The aim of NOCA is to build a bridge between research and practice within HR and to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and exchange of experience between the members. Thus, we are an association where HR researchers and professionals meet and share knowledge and experience, which creates value and increased competitiveness for the individual member companies.

NOCA conducts network meetings, conferences, study tours etc. which keeps the members up to date within HR research and best practice at both national and international level.

These activities give members the opportunity to combine the creation of personal relationships with professional collaboration around business challenges from an HR perspective.

NOCA is an association for private and public companies, organizations and educational institutions that strengthens the interaction between business strategy and strategy for human resources.

Values

At NOCA, we create relationships through networks. We believe that good relationships between people create value for the individual's work and the individual member company. Long-term and equal relationships are a central focal point for NOCA's work and a necessity for value creation.

In NOCA, the themes that we work with at all times are the framework for perspective-creating activities. Based on practical cases from daily life in the member companies and the latest research from the universities, the challenges that many face on a daily basis are put into perspective, so that everyone takes something home from the meetings.

At NOCA, we create and disseminate knowledge together. We build a bridge between research and practice, and this "bridge" creates new knowledge. But knowledge is worth nothing if it is not shared. That is why NOCA holds activities where we can share knowledge, experiences and opportunities with each other.

Membership of NOCA creates value for the individual member company and its employees. We believe that this value is created through confidential relationships, a strong network, as well as knowledge sharing and learning between members.

Being a member of NOCA means that you are part of a confidential community. The trust between the members is the prerequisite for that trygt can share his knowledge and his thoughts - both about what is going well and what is difficult. This familiarity is a prerequisite for depth in the dialogue.
