Transformational Skills for Organizational Development

This webinar introduces the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) initiative and framework and the impactful journey of IKEA’s work with the IDGs.

Join the webinar if you are curious about how to create sustainable development in your own work life and your organization. The webinar will focus on key aspects of IDGs and the IKEA story.

The IDG framework is a global initiative co-created by over 1,000 scientists, experts, and HR and sustainability professionals. It is a not-for-profit and open-source initiative that started in 2021 and has grown exponentially.

Its mission is to foster inner development as a catalyst for achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030 and creating a sustainable future.

IDG collaborates with leading researchers and practitioners, including renowned organizations such as IMD, Google, and IKEA to drive meaningful change. NOCA is also collaborating with IDG to help build a bridge between our members and their growing global community to support sustainable development in our member organizations.

Jan Arthem Henriksson, Executive Director of the Inner Development Goals Initiative, will take us through the following:

  • What is IDG and its origin story
  • How IDG differs from other non-profit organizations
  • How the IDG as an organization and a L&D framework can help you and your organization

Åsa Rexare Simonsen, Business Transformation Manager, Development & Innovation at IKEA Sweden, will share the following with us:

  • IKEA’s journey with IDG: Involvement and motivation
  • Applying IDGs in IKEA: Practical applications and outcomes
  • Insights and gains from the IDG framework and collaboration
  • Contributions to IDGs and the transformative impact

This webinar offers you the opportunity to stay ahead of the curve of HR professionals and to be a frontrunner in making a meaningful difference. You will gain insights into the transformative potential of IDGs and learn from IKEA’s experiences with the organization and framework.
