Social media is awash with prognostications about how the world will look after the Pandemic; many of these are based on scant data. At this event we examine what might change, which leadership behaviours will almost certainly stay the same and what the emerging agenda for leaders will be.
People will still want to be led by a real person who they can trust and who is prepared to embrace the challenges the world faces – sustainability, inequality and global instability.
We need to acknowledge that, in fact, everything will not change as a result of Covid-19. We still need leaders to be effective communicators, now it has just become even more important. Covid-19 has brought a lot of changes, but when it comes to leadership, perhaps the pandemic has just nudged things in a direction, it was already headed.
Join us for this NOCA event where you will meet two-time McKinsey prize winner, renowned scholar and author Gareth Jones, who will lead a discussion on leadership following the Covid-19 pandemic.
