The Roadmap to Fair Pay: From Chaos to Culture (In-person)

Stop waiting. Start leading the change!

The EU Pay Transparency Directive is coming – but the final Danish legislation isn’t here yet. Many organisations find themselves in a holding pattern, yet still asking: How can we prepare? And how can we use this as an opportunity to strengthen our pay practices and embed fairness into our culture – starting now?

This event isn’t a legal update – it’s a practical, collaborative session where we’ll explore how transparency and structure can be integrated into your organization in a way that drives real cultural change and makes future implementation of the rules smoother, easier, and more meaningful.

Led by experts Morten Brøkner and Michael Bendixen from The Reward Firm, this session gives you a hands-on framework to assess where you are, identify what to improve, and start building the systems and habits that will create long-term value – regardless of when the law takes effect.

In this session we will dive into

  • What’s coming – and what you can do now
A practical view on the directive’s direction and how to stay ahead without waiting for final legislation.
  • From equal pay to meaningful pay
Build systems that reflect contribution, market alignment, and clarity – not just legal compliance.
  • A structured framework for action
Use a proven five-phase model to align leadership, systems, and strategy.
  • Tools to enable smarter decisions
Learn how to use job architecture, HR data, and reward governance to create consistency and accountability.
  • Build engagement through fairness
Discover how transparent and structured reward practices improve employee trust, motivation, and satisfaction.
