Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Day 2024

Succeeding with DEI in Turbulent Times

Join our DEI Day 2024. This conference is designed to explore the current state of DEI as well as inspire you to succeed as a HR professional with the most important topics on the DEI agenda within organizations.

*No-show fee: 450 DKK by cancelling after 27. october kl. 12:00. Further information below.

Conference themes

  • Status on the DEI landscape and diverse perspectives on DEI
  • Ways to foster more inclusive organizations with a focus on neurodiversity, employee experience and cultural intelligence.
  • How to gain and maintain momentum for DEI initiatives, also in the face of resistance.

In recent years, there has been a heightened focus on the war for talent, inequality in the workplace and the social responsibility of organizations. This focus is now a part of the agenda for most CEOs and boards because DEI plays a key role as a business and societal driver for holistically successful organizations and societies.

Despite DEI being an imperative, there is notable challenges to DEI professionals including resource restraints and pushback from certain segments in the organization and from the outside, making the need for effective strategies, network and knowledge sharing even more critical for DEI-professionals.
