She is responsible for driving major HR transformation initiatives, supporting business growth, and strengthening Danfoss’ talent attraction and retention efforts. Known for her strong focus on operational excellence and team leadership, she plays a key role in shaping the company’s global people agenda.
Jass Dhanoa, Director, HR Transformation, Deloitte
Jass Dhanoa is an experienced leader in HR transformation with a strong background in driving strategic business change across complex environments. He leads Deloitte Nordic’s HR Strategy and Operating Model client services, advising clients on reimagining HR services, integrating employee experience, and optimizing HR operating models. Jass is passionate about helping organizations navigate future disruptions and enhance HR’s business impact. He is also the HR Transformation People Lead for Deloitte Denmark and since joining Deloitte in 2006, he has held several leadership roles, including Manager, Senior Manager, and now Director.
Jeanette Vallat, Partner, Legal, Deloitte
Jeanette Vallat is a qualified lawyer and Partner at Deloitte Legal, specializing in Danish and international employment and labor law. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises clients on complex employment matters, collective bargaining agreements, restructuring, incentives, and cross-border employment. Before joining Deloitte in 2022, Jeanette led the employment law team at another professional services firm and held senior roles at Dansk Erhverv and Eversheds law firm. She is known for her expertise in HR legal matters, due diligence, and navigating regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and anti-discrimination legislation.
Astrid Eriksen, Manager, Talent Experience, Deloitte
Astrid Eriksen is a Manager and Program Lead in Deloitte Denmark’s People & Purpose organization, where she leads strategic initiatives on talent, organizational development, social responsibility, and DEI. With a background in consulting, she is passionate about driving impactful change across the talent agenda taking initiatives from strategy to implementation. Astrid has been with Deloitte since 2016, advancing first through roles in public sector consulting and later in internal people strategy roles. She brings experience from both the public and private sectors.
