Building your Video Conference Code of Conduct

Many online groups never really get into learning or collaboration mode due to distractions, noise, poor video or undisciplined behavior. The cure for this is a common Video Conference Code of Conduct in your video conferences. A code that the facilitator or moderator knows how to enforce in a both disciplined and sympathetic manner. When everyone abides by the code of conduct, communication is boosted and the pace and engagement of the meeting soars.

If the video conference meetings of your organization lack nerve and intensity, this meeting is for you. Learn why you should let everyone join with their own individual webcam and why mirroring each other is essential for engagement.

Going from bad to good conduct online is something that must be experienced and practiced to appreciate. Join this meeting and be inspired on how to improve the way people, teams and departments collaborate online.

This is a highly interactive meeting and the participants are expected to join with an open mind and willingness to engage personally in the exercises and sharing. You are expected to watch about 12 minutes of video before the meeting.

The session is facilitated by Lars Hoffmann who has a long background in facilitation, learning design, teaching and personal leadership development both on- and offline.

Please forward this invitation to your English-speaking HR-colleagues! They don’t always subscribe to NOCA’s newsletter, but they can benefit fully from this meeting (In groups where everyone speaks Danish, we’ll be speaking Danish however).
