Ricky LI, Insights and Data Lead, World Economic Forum
Ricky Li is an Insight and Data Lead at the Centre for the New Economy and Society, World Economic Forum, where she co-authored both the 2025 and 2023 editions of the Future of Jobs Report. Ricky manages global surveys, data partnerships, and data explorers and digital products across key Forum publications across various initiatives, including the Global Gender Gap, Global Risk, and Equitable Transition.

Christian Lauritzen, HR Director, ISS
Christian Lauritzen is a results-driven HR leader with over 20 years of senior management experience in the international service industry. He holds overall HR accountability for eight key European markets. In this role, Christian directs global talent strategy, organisational development, leadership capability and employee engagement programs. Previously, he served as Regional People & Culture Director for Northern Europe and led ISS’s Group Learning & Development function, driving enterprise-wide initiatives in performance management, succession planning and leadership development.
