Protecting Talent When Pressure Rises

Change is inevitable. Burnout is not. How to Protect Performance and Retain Talent During Uncertainty

What restructuring and hypergrowth have in common – and why both require a proactive wellbeing system

At first glance, you might think restructuring and growth have very little in common. But whether your organization is scaling rapidly or navigating transformation and cost reductions, one thing remains constant: pressure increases.

Leaders become stretched (and potentially stressed). Priorities shift. High performers might queetly begin to reconsider their future.

Change in itself does not break organizations. But unmanaged stress and lack of systems might. ,

On this webinar, together with A. P. Møller – Maersk, Raw Power Games and My Mental Wellbeing, we will explore a critical question: Do you have a system to detect it, address it, and prevent burnout before it becomes regrettable attrition?

This webinar will present two case examples of what change can look like in an organization, from global restructuring at Maersk to rapid scaling at Raw Power Games. From both perspectives, you will gain insights into how different organizations are working proactively with mental wellbeing in times of uncertainty and growth.

On this webinar, we will explore:

  • What restructuring and hypergrowth reveal about organizational pressure
  • Why traditional wellbeing initiatives and pulse surveys are often not enough
  • How to identify early signs of stress before they escalate
  • What it takes to build a proactive and measurable wellbeing system
  • The role of HR and leadership in embedding early intervention into the operating model

Why this matters:

Change is constant. Burnout is preventable. Organizations that succeed in retaining their best talent during uncertainty do not rely on policies alone. They build capability, clarity and early intervention into how they operate.

This session is relevant for HR and People & Culture professionals, leaders, DEI and EX specialists, and anyone else who wants to strengthen performance and retention – not despite change, but through it.
