Rasmus Hougaard, Founder and CEO, Potential Project

Thomas Grønfeldt Senger, Senior Manager, Digital Incubation & AI, GN Group
Thomas Grønfeldt Senger is Senior Manager of Digital Incubation and Artificial Intelligence at GN Group, working with e.g. emerging technologies, generative AI and prompt engineering. With an impressive career of almost 20 years working with digitalization at large corporations such as Google, Danske Bank and the ROCKWOOL Group, as well as a master’s degree in Corporate Communications Management from the University of Aarhus, Thomas has built a significant expertise within the transformation of ideas into scalable solutions and groundbreaking transformations. His (and his team’s) work in the GN Group has been instrumental in evolving B2B/B2C segments as well as the health tech industry, ensuring that organizations are one step ahead in digital innovation.
Elisa Farri, Vice President at Capgemini Invent (Management Lab)
Recognized by Thinkers50 as a management thinker to watch, Elisa specializes in bridging management theory and business practice through research, thought leadership, and executive training. Previously, Elisa was a researcher at the Harvard Business School Research Center in Paris. Through exploratory research, thought leadership, and academic collaborations, Elisa bridges the latest management frameworks into practice. A frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review, Elisa has extensive experience developing and delivering executive training at leading organizations globally.
Gabriele Rosani, Director of Content & Research, Capgemini Invent (Management Lab)
Esteemed author and frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review, Gabriele has been researching, designing, and testing new management frameworks and tools for over a decade. Gabriele works at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and sustainability, bringing new management practices to the real world of business for clients. An experienced advisor to Fortune 500 companies, Gabriele works at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and sustainability. A recurrent contributor to Harvard Business Review, he previously worked at the European Centre for Strategic Innovation.
Iben Stjerne, Consultant, keynote and author; Associate Professor and Researcher at the Technical University of Denmark
Iben is an Associate Professor in Leadership and Organizational Psychology at DTU where her research focuses on how time, rhythm and temporality shape work, leadership and transformation. She brings deep insight into the social and emotional dimensions of technology adoption and change processes in organizations. Iben also works independently as a leadership development and organizational change consultant.
Svetlana Norkin, Postdoctoal Researcher at the Technical University of Denmark
Svetlana is Postdoctoral Researcher in Organizational Development and Digital Transformation at DTU. She works with applied research on generative AI implementation, with a special focus on how Danish companies adapt generative AI tools in ways that support people, processes and culture.
Jonas Kjeldmand Jensen, PhD Researcher/Candidate at the Technical University of Denmark
Jonas is a PhD Researcher at DTU, exploring the intersection of management and artificial intelligence. He investigates how emerging AI tools reshape managerial roles and impact leaders’ wellbeing as they navigate workplace transformation. Jonas’ research provides valuable insights for organizations adapting to technological change.

Therefore, if you cancel after the deadline on June 20th 2025 at 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of 500 DKK.
Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. Your colleague will need to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event.
