NOCA Networks Introduction
If you are considering whether a NOCA Network is relevant for you or someone on your team, we invite you to a short online information meeting.
NOCA Networks are confidential peer networks for experienced People and HR professionals in NOCA member organisations. Each network is built around real participant cases and current dilemmas from practice, and is professionally facilitated. Each network meets four times a year at member organisations.

Here you can request a seat before the intro session. As seats are limited, early interest may improve your chance of being considered for the most relevant network.
In 30 minutes, you will get a clear overview of:
- How the networks work in practice
- What is expected of participants
- How we work with confidentiality and quality
- How to take the next step if a network is relevant for you
Good to know
- A participant circle of up to 20 to ensure stable quality across the year
- One participant per member organisation in each network
- Additional networks open when there is a strong basis for the next group
