Rewards NOCA Networks Introduction

Are you working with compensation, benefits, rewards governance, or job architecture and looking for a confidential forum to discuss challenges with experienced peers?

Join this online introduction to NOCA’s Rewards Networks and learn how our professionally facilitated peer groups will help experienced rewards professionals strengthen decision-making, governance, and reward practices.

In just 60 minutes, you will gain insight into:

  • How the networks work in practice
  • Typical participant profiles and discussion topics
  • Our approach to confidentiality and peer learning
  • How to apply for a seat in a relevant network

Our Rewards Networks bring together leaders and specialists working with compensation frameworks, benefits, pay transparency, reporting, and reward governance across NOCA memberorganisations. We will also be joined by Morten and Michael, the facilitators of the Rewards Networks, who will answer any questions you may have.
