Case: Leadership Transformation in Grundfos – Lessons from the Inside
What does it mean to raise leadership awareness in a global organization rooted in tradition, while facing increasing complexity and transformation?
At Grundfos, they asked themselves this very question when launching their AWARE Leadership Program for senior people leaders in the COO area, and now, NOCA and Grundfos would like to invite you into the heart of this leadership development journey.
Join us for an engaging and reflective NOCA session, where Christine Kilpatrick and Ouafa Rian will share the story of AWARE – a program designed to foster integrative thinking, embrace paradoxes, and strengthen leadership impact across a broad and diverse community of leaders from 11 different Group Functions.
During the session, we will explore:
- Why AWARE?
The purpose behind the name and the program, and why Grundfos chose to focus on leadership awareness in a fast-paced and complex organizational landscape.
- The building blocks of AWARE
From blending practical tools with visionary perspectives, to drawing on different personalities, capabilities, and levels of experience both within the program and in the project management surrounding the program.
- The focus of AWARE
Key topics such as courageous conversations, hyper-transformation, ecosystems, and the role of integrative thinking – and why these themes help future-proof leadership in Grundfos.
- The learning journey
Not just what participants gained, but what Christine and Oufa, as program owners and HR professionals, discovered along the way – giving you the good, the bad, and the ugly.
We will also invite you to share your experiences, reflections, and curiosities through interactive elements, polls, and dialogue.
This session is for HR professionals, leadership development specialists, and anyone curious about designing leadership programs that go beyond competency-building, and instead create spaces for reflection, connection, and real change.
