Do you desire to connect, collaborate and learn better together with distant colleagues?
Do you experience lack of engagement, commitment and results in your online meetings?
Are you looking for a way to facilitate deep learning and collaboration at video conferences?
Due to the high interest in our facilitated online sessions, NOCA will offer seven online meetings in the autumn on the Facilitation of online learning and collaboration.
The themes of the seven sessions will be:
1. Connecting People Personally Online
2. Personal Feedback Processes Online
3. Presenting and Communicating Optimally Online
4. Online Learning and Collaboration
5. Getting the Best out of Content Experts Online
6. Learning Design for Online Training
7. Evaluation and Assessment Online
You can join each meeting as you please and be inspired in the many different aspects of online facilitation.
Full program and certificate
We do however all know, that going from being inspired to actually changing and improving your online facilitation habits requires deep commitment to practicing repeatedly yourself. This is why it will be possible to commit to all of the seven online meetings in a program manner for those of you that want to go all the way.
At the meeting June 28 we will give an introduction to the full program and make it easy for you to decide to commit to the program or not.
If you commit to the full program all program participants will train online facilitation in order to lift their skills and become comfortable with personally facilitating online learning. To enhance the individual training and preparation in between the 7 sessions NOCA provides extra exercises and material. Additionally, NOCA will provide you with a certificate of your participation and performance in online facilitation when you complete the 7 sessions.
If you are interested in committing to the full program, the meeting June 28 will give you a deeper understanding of what it implies. You will have a chance to meet other potential participants and clarify any questions you may have.
Are you ready to train and learn Online Facilitation?
Will you commit to practice with a team of participants?
Besides the seven online conference sessions, the full autumn program will involve doing the required homework. This consists of approximately 20 minutes of watching video, 20 minutes of reading, 20 minutes of chatting online and at least a half hour of practicing online facilitation with your learning buddies from the program. The final session in the program will be an exam for you and the place to demonstrate your new skills.
Doing the full program requires commitment, a strong desire to learn and a willingness to improve through practice, sharing and helping your peers learn and improve. Online facilitation especially demands courage, just doing it (in a safe environment) and getting used to using your regular facilitation skills in the new digital environment.
Joining the program has a fee of kr. 3.000,00 ex VAT as the participants have their own facilitated meetings and extra material and online support.
The meetings and program will be facilitated by Lars Hoffmann who has a long background in facilitation, learning design, teaching and personal leadership development both on- and offline.
