Richard Jolly, Professor and Organizational Consultant, Kellogg School of Management
Richard is a distinguished faculty member at the Kellogg School of Management, lecturing on leadership, power, and organizational change. Before Kellogg, he was a core faculty member at London Business School (LBS) for 22 years, recognized as one of its highest-rated teachers. He has also taught at Columbia Business School and collaborated with over 20 business schools worldwide.
Throughout his career, Richard has led courses on organizational behavior, leadership, and interpersonal skills, developing flagship Executive Education programs for over 90 global clients. His programs focus on leadership, culture, team dynamics, and resilience.
Richard’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to create popular electives like “Paths to Power” and “Inter-Personal Dynamics,” and he has designed consulting programs across various sectors. He also directs Stokes & Jolly Ltd., with 25 years of coaching experience, consulting globally with clients in professional services, tech, and creative industries.
