Doing Agile Right – Transformation Without Chaos (Online)

Ever-growing in popularity, the concept of Agile Management has become something of a buzzword. Also growing has been a common misconception that Agile can reshape an entire organization all at once, that it should be used in every function and for all types of work.

Doing agile right - NOCA

The new book Doing Agile Right: Transformation Without Chaos argues that Agile surely has the power to transform work — but only if it’s implemented the right way. The authors affirm and illustrate how Agile teams indeed can transform the work environment, make employee’s jobs more rewarding and vastly improve innovation. But all of this is only possible if the method is implemented in the right way.

The key is balance: Agile, done right, releases and facilitates innovation without sacrificing the efficiency and dependability essential to traditional operations.

At this NOCA event you will meet the book’s co-author and Harvard Business Review contributor, Darrell Rigby, who will introduce us to how organizations can not just work with Agile but do Agile right.
