On September 5th, leading voices from business schools and industry will come together in Copenhagen for a morning focused on the future of executive leadership.

Presidents David Bach (IMD) and Peter Møllgaard (CBS) will each share their perspectives on tomorrow’s key leadership competencies and join in a dynamic dialogue, alongside a top CPO or CHRO, exploring the new realities facing leaders and the role of business schools in shaping them. 

The conversation will continue with a research-driven keynote by Professor Silviya Svejenova Velikova (CBS Leadership Centre), followed by a hands-on executive panel debate with CPOs and CHROs from leading organisations. Audience engagement, dialogue, and professional networking will be at the heart of the morning.

Speakers

David Bach, President and Nestlé Professor of Strategy and Political Economy at IMD Business School

David Bach is the President of IMD, a position he has held since September 2024. He is focused on broadening and deepening IMD’s global impact through learning innovation, program excellence, and applied thought leadership. As Nestlé Professor of Strategy and Political Economy, he helps leaders navigate the myriad political challenges facing business today.

Peter Møllgaard, President / Rektor at Copenhagen Business School

Peter Møllgaard is President of Copenhagen Business School and a renowned academic expert specializing in business models, strategy, and sustainability. He has extensive experience providing strategic insights into future business capabilities and workforce trends, making him a valuable contributor to talent and organizational transformation discussions.

Silviya Svejenova, Academic Director at CBS Leadership Centre and Professor of Leadership and Innovation

Silviya Svejenova Velikova is Professor of Leadership and Innovation and Academic Lead at CBS Leadership Centre. An internationally recognized scholar, she specializes in creative and strategic leadership, innovation, and sustainable futures. Silviya has published widely in leading academic journals and brings extensive experience in developing research-based leadership programs. She is a key contributor to CBS’s new “Leadership for the Future” program and regularly advises organizations on talent development and transformation.

Dorthe Rønnau, Executive Vice President, People & Culture, Coloplast A/S 

Dorthe Rønnau is an experienced business leader passionate about mobilizing and developing people to deliver high, sustainable performance. With an engineering background and a Master’s in Organisational Psychology, she excels at designing simple, pragmatic processes across production, supply chain and quality. She now applies the same mindset to HR solutions. At Coloplast, she has driven an agile culture model that balances strict compliance with rapid innovation and has shared these insights at major international HR forums. Dorthe’s expertise spans global HR leadership, talent and performance management, organizational design and change, and leadership development, always with a focus on inspiring people to perform at their best. 

Anne Bisbjerg Bram, Executive Vice President, Strategy & Organization, LB Forsikring

Anne Bisbjerg Bram is a senior executive with over 20 years’ leadership experience across strategy, communications and people development. As EVP for Strategy & Organization at LB Forsikring, she oversees corporate strategy, stakeholder relations, HR, communications and sustainability. Anne has held senior HR roles at Novozymes and served as Group HR Director at Grundfos, where she led global talent and leadership initiatives. She holds a master’s in organizational psychology from the University of Copenhagen, a Distinguished Certificate in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and completed INSEAD’s Strategic Partnerships & Alliances programme. 

Jette Singleton, Senior Vice President, Head of People & Culture, KMD

Jette Singleton is a seasoned HR executive with over 15 years’ experience driving organisational and cultural transformation in tech, e-commerce and energy sectors. As SVP and Head of People & Culture at KMD, she leads a team of 70 professionals responsible for people, culture, communications and employer branding. Jette has previously shaped global talent and change programmes as Chief People Officer at Hobbii, HR Director at Carlsberg Group and Lead HR Business Partner at Ørsted – always with a focus on creating inclusive, high-performance environments. 

Louise Sylvest, Chief People Officer & Head of Identity, BESTSELLER

Louise is CPO & Head of Identity at BESTSELLER, a company she has been part of since 2011 in various roles within recruitment, talent management and driving the BESTSELLER Academy. Over the last 14 years, Louise has driven strategic talent acquisition, leadership development and HR transformation initiatives in BESTSELLER. Furthermore, she plays a pivotal role in the celebration of the company’s 50th anniversary in 2025 with several events taking place throughout the year.

To give as many members as possible access to this event and to ensure no food waste, we need to know if you are participating or not – otherwise, your spot can go to someone else.

Therefore, if you cancel your participation after the deadline on September 3rd at 12.00 CET or do not show up on the day, you will be charged a no-show-fee of 500,- DKK. 

Should you be unable to attend, you can always send a colleague in your name and avoid paying the fee. Your colleague must pick up your name tag upon arrival and let the NOCA team know about this.
