Camilla Sløk, Associate Professor at CBS
Camilla has specialized in leadership ethics, organizational dilemmas, and value-based conflicts. Her research focuses on the existential and ethical challenges leaders face, particularly the tensions between professional, political, and organizational expectations. Through her work, Camilla explores the role of guilt and responsibility in leadership, emphasizing how leaders navigate failure and stakeholder expectations.
Christian Byrge, Professor at Vilnius University Business School
Christian is a PhD and full professor of creative thinking, team creativity, and AI creative thinking at Vilnius University Business School in Lithuania. As an internationally recognized researcher, he has provided creativity training to more than 100,000 professionals from leading organizations worldwide. Over the years, he has advised over 300 organizations on developing creativity as a team culture, an effective work process, and a valuable set of leadership and employee skills.
Morven McLean, Head of Global Leadership & Talent Management, Arla Foods
Morven McLean’s background spans two ambitious decades across leadership, talent development, and learning, working in both corporate and academic sectors before her current role at Arla Foods. She has developed extensive expertise in organisational transformation, cultural change, and L&D; and is known for daring to sponsor bold and highly original solutions to complex problems. Her international career includes roles in large global organisations and smaller enterprises, where she has established herself as a leader in empowering teams and leaders, fostering a love of learning and encouraging people to reach their full potential. At Arla, she focuses on designing leadership development strategies that align with the company’s growth and transformation goals.

By registering for this event, you also accept NOCA’s conditions regarding the no-show fee. In order to give the most members the opportunity to participate in the event and to protect ourselves against food waste etc., we need to know if you are participating, otherwise we can give your place to someone else.
Therefore, if you cancel after the deadline on February 24th at 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of 450 DKK.
Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. Your colleague just needs to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event.
